REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL NURSE POSITION
Full-Time opportunity available in Warren County Health Services Division of Home Care Primary Assignment: Certified Home Health Agency.
Base Salary: $46,318, potential for additional salary depending upon level of experience. Full Warren County benefit package.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current NYS RN License
- Valid NYS driver's license.
- Home Care and IV experience a plus.
REGISTERED DIETITIAN
Warren County Health Services is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide services to patients in our Certified Home Health Agency. Contractors are supplied with laptops and extensive orientation for documentation.
Rates are paid per visit and range from $53.00 to $75.00 per visit depending on location.
MASTER OF SOCIAL WORK (MSW)
Warren County Health Services is currently seeking a Social Worker to provide services to patients in our Certified Home Health Agency. Contractors are supplied with laptops and extensive orientation for documentation.
Rates are paid per visit and range from $55.00 - $60.00 per visit depending on location.
