UPCOMING DATES: February 5, 2026
We will hold a 1.5-hour session will provide an introduction to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), including:
- An overview of the Environmental Assessment Form (EAF)
- Type I, Type II, and Unlisted actions
- The SEQR review sequence and the issuance of positive or negative declarations
- The relationship between SEQR and the administration of local regulations
This training may be applied toward the annual training requirements established under General Municipal Law for planning and zoning board members.
