Warren County is transitioning to a new online waste hauler permitting and reporting system using ReTRAC. As part of this transition, the existing waste hauler application will be retired and will no longer be accepted.
We are currently testing the new system. Once testing is complete, we will announce a required submission deadline (estimated for mid to late January 2026) for all haulers to complete their application and reporting through ReTRAC.
Additional instructions and training materials will be posted prior to the deadline.
