NYDocSubmit is a mobile app that enabled residents of New York State to submit required documents for SNAP, HEAP, Temporary Assistance and Medicaid - avoiding another trip to the local office to provide documents. DO NOT submit sensitive images, such as those containing HIV status or domestic violence information and/or addresses that must remain confidential to safeguard you or a household member.
To get the app, open the appropriate app store on your device and search for NYDocSubmit.
