NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to Resolution No. 328 of 2026 adopted by the Board of Supervisors on August 19, 2026, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors on September 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Rooms at the Warren County Municipal Center, 1340 State Route 9, Queensbury, New York, at which time and place all persons interested in the matter of such proposed Local Law No. 7 for the year 2026 will be heard concerning the same.
