Up to 15 properties will be available for purchase when Warren County Real Property Tax Services Office holds its annual live public auction of tax-foreclosed real estate on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Warren County Courthouse in Queensbury.
Among the parcels that were on the auction list as of this week are commercial properties, numerous undeveloped pieces of land and year-round or seasonal homes, all of which are being foreclosed upon after years of non-payment of property taxes.
Please note that this is an in-person auction only, and there will be no online bidding.
Auction proceeds will be handled in accordance with U.S. Supreme Court rulings related to tax foreclosure auctions.

Registration for prospective auction bidders will begin at 8 a.m., and the auction is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. Warren County Courthouse is located at the Warren County Municipal Center complex, 1340 State Route 9 in Queensbury.
