CHESTER -- Warren County Department of Public Works is planning to replace a culvert on Olmstedville Road, also known as Warren County Route 19, near David Road, in the Town of Chester with construction beginning during the summer of 2026, and public comment is being sought.
This project will result in a closure of Olmstedville Road and a lengthy detour (see attached map) for an extended period of time, until work is complete in fall of 2026.
