Kristen MacEwan, Deputy Director of Real Property Tax Services for Warren County, is Warren County's Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2025!
Kristen has worked for the county for more than 16 years, and is second-in-command of the office that maintains property records, tax records, compiles tax maps, works with town assessors and the public and more.
She works very closely with the Town Assessors, to help keep their files current and up to date. If they are having difficulties they reach out for her assistance or direction as needed. She has a close connection with the NYS Office of Real Property Tax Services as a liaison between them and the local municipalities. The Town Supervisors also work with Kristen when she sets the tax rates for their towns so she can produce the Town and County tax rolls and bills for the collection of taxes by the collectors.

She is very dedicated to her job ... She is very driven and ambitious and willing to stretch boundaries, and most importantly she gets things done."
