This map shows the final non-productive lands, as well as individual determination factors (wetlands, steep slope, and high elevation) revealing what former Finch and Follensby lands would not be practically used for harvesting timber.

The analysis revealed that approximately 21% of this property is non-productive land, while the remaining 79% would be suitable for harvesting and therefore special designation as conservation easements.
