You can use the Board of Elections’ Online Voter Registration system to register to vote or to update your voter registration information.
Updated information could include providing Warren County Board of Elections with your new name, new address, or changing your party enrollment. Completed applications are sent to Warren County Board of Elections for approval and processing.
To register you will need to use a NY.Gov ID. If you have previously used NY.Gov with another agency, you may use the same login to access the Online Voter Registration portal. If you have not used NY.Gov you will need to create an account.

May 10th: Military/Special Federal/UOCAVA ballot transmission deadline
June 10th: LAST day to file change of address with County Board of Elections prior to June Primary
June 15th: LAST day to Register to vote prior to June Primary
June 15th: LAST day to receive Absentee application by mail or through online portal for June Primary (including not previously registered Military/Special Federal/UOCAVA)
June 18th: LAST day to receive Military/Special Federal/UOCAVA Absentee Application IF already registered
June 15th-June 23rd: EARLY VOTING
June 24th: LAST day to apply in-person for Absentee Ballot for June Primary
June 25th: LAST day to postmark or drop-off in-person Absentee Primary Election Ballot
June 25th: PRIMARY ELECTION DAY
July 2nd: LAST day to receive postmarked Absentee Primary Election ballot
July 8th: Canvass and Audit of June Primary
July 15th: Recanvass of June Primary
July 25th: LAST day for filing certificates of nominations to fill vacancies
September 11th/12th: Certification of November General ballot by State and County Board's of Election
September 20th: Military/Special Federal/UOCAVA ballot transmission deadline
October 21st: LAST day to file change of address with County Board of Elections prior to November General
October 26th: LAST day to receive Absentee application for November General Election
October 26th: LAST day to receive Military/Special Federal/UOCAVA Absentee application for November General Election if NOT already registered
October 26th-November 3rd: EARLY VOTING
October 29th: LAST day to receive Military/Special Federal/UOCAVA Absentee application for November General Election
November 4th: Last day to apply in person for an Absentee Ballot or a Military/Special Federal/UOCAVA ballot
November 5th: Last day to postmark absentee ballot, due to office no later than November 12th, or hand deliver for drop-off
November 5th: GENERAL ELECTION 2024
November 20th: Audit, Canvass, Recanvass due for General Election
November 30th: Certification of November General Election
