Warren County seeks new members for County Board of Ethics

The Warren County Board of Supervisors is seeking volunteers to serve on the Warren County Board of Ethics. Members on the seven-member panel, which includes two alternates, serve two-year terms.

The Warren County Board of Ethics meets periodically to review complaints that are referred to the Board by the Warren County Attorney, and renders advisory opinions according to the Warren County Ethics and Disclosure Law

The Board of Ethics also makes recommendations in regard to the Code of Ethics for elected and non-elected employees of Warren County Government. Members of the Board of Ethics are not financially compensated and are required to meet at least twice a year in the Warren County Municipal Center.

Members may not be an official, officer or committee person of a political party or hold any similar office or title in a political party.

Volunteer applications must be submitted by January 15, 2024. 

Applications will be reviewed by members of the Warren County Board of Supervisors, and those selected will serve terms encompassing 2024-25.
